Financial Our practice accepts cash and check, but currently we prefer major credit cards. We are happy to submit your insurance forms for you if we are contracted with your insurance provider, we accept Aetna, Medicare the VA and some others. We remain non-contracted with Premera. Please call our office or email to verify whether your specific insurance plan is accepted. Payment plans and schedules can be discussed upon request.
Cancellation If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice. If your appointment must be cancelled due to illness or possible exposure to a communicable disease, no fee will be charged.
